Tool Overview
This tool helps us to first define the problem, including when it usually happens, who else is involved, what happened and the associated thoughts and feelings. Next, we brainstorm all the possible things we could do as a potential strategy. These ideas are then evaluated in terms of their plausibility and achievability and this helps to then inform an actual SMART goal for the week.
