EVOICE CAFE Participation in SMART
OnLIne Evoice facilities is in accordance with the

If you're registered already with EvoiceCafe
Please read all the instructions before registering for EvoiceCafe. To use this facility you need to first register (read down). Make sure that you have the
minimum system requirements as shown below:
Other browsers cannot be used. Internet Explorer 5.5 or later only! Also pop up blockers need to be over ridden for certain functions eg. icon edit or text pictures. Pop up blocking is enabled by default on IE xp sp2. Unless you have changed these settings you may need to allow pop ups from EVoice to open. Here are some instructions to do that. Click here! Once there, click on the register button
(see picture below). Please ensure you enter a correct and functioning email address. If you don't you will not receive the registration email with your login details. Take the time to make sure it is correctly entered! Please be advised that emails to AOL are often delayed or blocked. It is recommended you use another email provider to ensure your prompt access. A registration email will be sent in 24-48 hrs with your password. Once received, enter your username and password and Login. The first time you login you will be required to accept an active X script control. Click the yes button when presented with the control. It will then load (about 30 seconds or so) and you will be in the entry area. You only have to set up the active X script once (the first visit). Once there just click on the desired room. Rooms are Chat, Main Meeting Room, and Meeting Room 2.
