When choosing a user name, please keep in mind that user names can not have spaces and other and odd characters ie !@#$%^&*. This is a good example of a user name: John-S or John_S. User names with spaces or odd characters will not work with our chat rooms: John Smith*. For more information about usernames, Click here! Old Members If you were registered on the SMART Recovery old message board, your password for the old message board will NOT work. You must reset it! To reset your password click on the link below (click here to reset your password!) On this new message board, user names can not have spaces and other and odd characters ie !@#$%^&*, even if you had these characters in your name on the old message board. This is a good example of a user name: John-S or John_S. User names with spaces or odd characters will not work with our chat rooms: Example John Smith*. If you currently have a user name with spaces and or odd characters, Contact Us (click here) to change it. After you have reset your password, you will receive an email with your new password. You must do this before you are able to chat, view or post on the new board. You do NOT need to register again! Good example: I am having problems with my password being rejected. My user name is XXXX. I have tried this, this and this. Bad example: Can't login.
